i like sean penn, as an actor. i’m glad that he voices his opinions even if i don’t always agree with it. but dang, that’s pretty funny. plug the hole in your overloaded boat.

He’s a brilliant actor, and I do think he’s sincere, just mis-guided. I hope this mishap helps him to not take himself so seriously.

How nice, the cultural elite – those that make money out of the psychological deficiencies that arise out of the economic system – stepping out amongst the peasants to speak out for them. Not unlike the Pope, during ‘medieval’ times asking the Emperor to look after the welfare of the people while they collect tithes for confessions. Both maintaining a system the keeps the peasantry ground underfoot. How would you feel if drug traffickers spoke out against the evils of the system whilst peddling their ‘wares’ at the street corner.

I like Sean Penn as an actor, particularly in “I Am Sam.” I thought I’d like him in Woody Allen’s “Sweet and Lowdown,” but it bored me to tears.
Michele: The use of founder is correct — intransitive verb sink: to become filled with water and sink (refers to a ship)
Dan: Absolutely profound… that’s what’s been nagging me about these hollywood types for so long… They have the critique down, but cannot come up with a workable solution. I hope we don’t do the same… if we point out what’s wrong, I think we should have a workable alternative and be doing something, no matter how small, to bring about a solution.

Bo – I just know it’s coming. Don’t know when. As for the celebrities, they’ll be expecting their bodyguards to protect them. Little do they know their bodyguards will run home to protect their own families and leave the celebrities to be zombie food. Now thanks to you, we just know not to get on a boat Mr. Penn’s sailing.
